I had a fantastic cut, colour and blow-dry today by Hair by Claire now based at Taylored in Loughton. Claire’s attention to detail during the cut was exceptional, and my blow-dry was perfect. The salon was immaculate. Highly recommend

Claire is such a good hairdresser, she always makes me feel really comfortable, we always have a good chat and catch up. Claire is really good at giving me advise on what I could do with my hair as well as what she wouldnt recommend. Overall amazing job

Took my 7 year old in for a wash cut and blow today which was very reasonable at £25.00 but gave £30 with a tip. Looked great but the only criticism I had was there was no communication the whole time we were in there. When you go to a hairdressers especially in the middle of Loughton or any Essex high street you expect a friendly hairdresser that talks to you. There was no communication with me or my child for the whole appointment, just silence. I would come back again but I’d prefer to be spoken to.
