I’ve had treatments with Beth before and she’s always so great. She’s infectiously smiley, so knowledgeable and really calm to put you at ease. At my most recent visit I had lip filler for the first time. I was quite nervous about it being painful but Beth took time to make sure I was comfortable and sufficient local anaesthetic was used. Beth took time to listen to my preferences and then managed my expectations in relation to my anatomy, and what was achievable. Natallia is a fantastic professional, and I fully enjoyed the treatment I received. I was greeted with a lovely cup of tea and we had a chat about my skin and any routines. The room was pleasantly warm and the candle-light soothing to the eye. After getting set up for the facial on the warmed laxing, soothing facial treatment with calming fragrances and a variety of moisturizing, replenishing and other skin- technical prproducts, delicately applied and softly massaged.
