Ellie smashes it every single time! She is completely honest with you in terms of what can be achieved based on your anatomy and will only do what will suit you but she also listens to what you want to achieve and I have the most perfect lips for my features and the the bits I personally wanted to improve on are 1000% better than I could have expected them to be! Klara took the time to explain what she was doing every the step of the way, and checked that I was ok throughout. I definitely recommend Klara for her expertise, knowledge and her passion for what she does. I always leave her salon feeling happy and refreshed (I have had other treatments/facials)!
