First time seeing Kylie getting my nose done, been to her before for my lips and will only ever go to Kylie. She takes such a genuine interest in her clients, she knows exactly what she’s doing and she makes you feel comfortable and relaxed in her chair. Wouldn’t go to anyone else even though it takes me an hour and a half to get to Bournemouth! I’d recommend her to anyone.

Lovely staff and professional , who are properly trained and hold correct qualifications from real colleges eg Bournemouth College, unlike many salons who have staff with certificates, which aren't worth the paper they are written on. I highly recommend this salon.

Had my lips done by Rai today and wow… what a beautiful experience! 10/10 so delicate and gentle and they look incredible!- I came in with my “m” shaped lips and she evened them out which has helped my insecurity and now I feel so much more confident! Rai also waxed and tinted my brows I’ve left the salon with a beautiful shape and a stunning colour on top! Thank you so much💞💞💞

I had been thinking about getting some aesthetic treatments for a while now, as i approach the big 40... i saw Abigails work on instagram and it convinced me to go for it! It was my first time for filler and botox. She was really kind, explained everything clearly and put me at ease. The massive wimp that I am I nearly fainted and she looked after me very well.
