The staff were so lovely and caring, offering drinks and making me feel comfortable from the start. They discussed all options with me, ensuring I was happy before proceeding. I have super sensitive skin and usually tense during manicures from being cut before, but the technician was so gentle and careful—not a single cut! My brows and nails are perfect, and the atmosphere was so relaxing. I left feeling pampered and can’t wait to return!

Ella is such a great practitioner I travel 2 hours to get my lips topped up by her. She always takes her time when doing my dermal fillers and asks what look im going for. The only person to ever make my lips look symmetrical and plump with a natural look. Very good aftercare advise as well x

ABSOLUTELY INCREDIBLE! I've been looking for a new therapist for my wax for months that wouldn't hurt me and believe me, when I say this there is 1000% no word of a lie... It was completely COMPLETELY pain free! I cannot recommend Katie enough, she is absolutely phenomenal and skilled so much so that she is a cht above.
