What a lovely experience! It was my first facial and first brazilian and Kelly was just such a doll! I felt little to no anxiety which speaks volume considering how anxious of a person I am. We made great conversation with great music and the time just flew by. Little to no pain or discomfort. Will 100% be coming back and becoming a regular, absolutely recommend! < 3

However, I think we left this perm in a bit too long because it is quite tight and curly unlike the previous one which was perfect. But it will soften over time.
