The place was very clean and cozy. The staff were very welcoming and helpful. I had a wonderful time during my visit. My hairstylist was Hikaru and he was very friendly and he is keen to chat with you about how you want your hair to be done and if you have a reference photo he is very open to personalizing the design for you fitting what you want and what fits you best. He also clarifies with you the look before starting and when it is done he explains it to you and properly shows you the outcome. I look forward to my next visit and will definitely recommend this salon.
