Booked on line for a cut and blow dry. Chatty with Becky throughout, gave positive feedback on highlights previously done, lots of compliments. As I like the more messed up look, Becky offered to give my hair a waved finish. Great job done. Would highly recommend.

Honestly the best hair salon experience I’ve had. Nita took time to explain the steps of the treatment and had so much patience to answer all my questions. I left feeling more confident in how to properly look after my hair. The salon is welcoming and calm. I felt so relaxed in Nita’s loving hands and fully trust her with my hair. You can really feel how much she cares. Highly recommend. Thank you Nita💜

Every time I visit, I’m reminded of what excellent hair care looks like in my community. Over the years, I’ve been to some decent salons and quite a few bad ones, but The One Couture experience ticks all my boxes. The staff are warm and welcoming, and my hair and scalp are always treated with genuine knowledge and skill. This is clearly more than just a business, they truly care about your hair AND about you!

Dolly had her 1st full puppy groom with Blue groomer. Absolutely lovely, kind, and friendly lady who took to Dolly straight away giving her a cuddle and reassuring her before I left. I had my son's hair permed and I received great results. The service was amazing and I highly recommend Nita, as she was exceptional.

Always love the service from Angela, she also advises you about any hair issues and hair care or maintainance best for your hair

Was slightly confused as I was sure I’d booked groomer Green who knew my dog but when I arrived it was someone else. I was worried but the lady reassured me and we went ahead… delighted we did as Freddie looks fabulous and appeared to cope really well despite it being a big job and he’s an old, nervous dog. Just hope when I book this lady next time the system works as it should and we get who we’ve booked! I’m sure all the staff are great but we’d prefer to build a relationship with one groomer. Thanks so much we will definitely be back x

Excellent customer service and our dog’s groomer (teeth cleaning) was really friendly and informative. We will rebook in a month’s time to see if Buzz’s back teeth can be treated to loosen the stubborn plaque. Thank you xxxx

Booked after reading reviews from previous customers. Met Becky today for a cut and blow dry. Really pleased with the results, added volume and gave my hair a long awaited creative finish. Booked again for highlights. It was really nice to get advice about the colours which would give me ‘sass’ and an uplifting feel. Would highly recommend.

Sam permed my hair today to give some 'body' to my very fine hair. I am confident that Sam knows the best treatments for me and I am always happy with the results. Thank you Sam!
