The stylist really listened to what I wanted, matched the tones perfectly to suit my skin, and blended everything so naturally. My hair feels so fresh and healthy, and the colour has a gorgeous shine. The whole experience was relaxing from start to finish. Fran creates a lovely atmosphere, and I never felt rushed. Definitely the best highlights I’ve had in ages.. I’ll be coming back for my next appointment without a doubt!

She explained everything, answered all my questions, and kept checking in throughout the appointment to make sure I was comfortable. The studio vibes were so good too with Spanish music and R&B playing the whole time. I’m so happy with my results and would 100% recommend Francesca to anyone wanting a perm!
