Louise was extremely friendly and made me feel right at home ... I have problem hair frizzy and thin but Louise has done an excellent job in styling and making it look much thicker and more healthy ... highly recommended

I always love coming to Cosmetology. Each of the team is friendly and welcoming and I know I'm in safe, experienced hands with Hayley - she knows my hair better than me! I always feel relaxed and pampered during my visit and leave very happy with whatever I've had done - cut and blow dry, colour, curls, straightening treatment ... I'd be there every week if I could!

This is probably the best clinic in Bolton. I am a qualified nurse myself, so knew what i needed to look for. It’s beautiful, clean, friendly and welcoming. Then there is Karen, who made me feel relaxed immediately, and is a true professional. Please remember if you are having any Aesthetics treatments done, go to a qualified registered person who will be honest and deliver excellent care. My experience today with Karen was excellent. I was very conscious of my neck area feeling I was getting the dreaded turkey neck . Karen advised profihlo which would add more volume ,instantly I could see a difference . I feel so at ease and confident at every appointment with Karen I would not go anywhere else .

Ioana gave me a wonderful head massage, treated my hair with an organic mask(amazing scent!) and cut my curls exactly how I wanted.

She talked me through every step of the procedure and ensured I fully understood the process. She also advised me to consult a dermatologist for additional guidance. Throughout the treatment, she listened to my concerns, was mindful of my skin's sensitivity, and adapted the procedure accordingly. At no point did I feel pressured to proceed with treatment. Her professional and patient approach made me feel comfortable and well cared for. I would highly recommend her services
