Kitana was so patient and kind with my grumpy, hard to crack 10 year old. She took the time to explain how to best care for her hair texture and gave so many useful tips. First time client with HER and I had an appointment with Taylor. She is awesome! I feel she actively listened to what I looking for with regards to blonde balayage or blonde highlights. She suggested doing a smudge vs balayage and im truly happy with the suggestuon and the blonde results! My hair looks and feels great. Thanks Taylor! Also, its a nice clean, studio and the staff at the front desk and other stylists were lovely as well. I recommend HER. ;)

This was by far the most effective massage I have ever had.
