It was my first time here and Lane was super nice. Before washing my hair, she communicated with me about what kind of hairstyle and bangs I wanted. She did a great job with the layers and the Korean-style air bangs! She also noticed a curl in the inner layer of my back hair and adjusted the cut to make it work really well. After the haircut, she showed me how to take care of it too. I’m really happy with how it turned out, definitely going back next time!

My brother and I both got a hair cut from Patti and Lane. They did great with our hair and worked well to find the right style for our faces. Patti helped me trim back my damaged hair and is probably the first hairstylist that cut my bangs in a way I loved. Lane did a fantastic job on my brothers hair (turned a bird nest into a masterpiece). Our mandarin isn’t the best, but we were able to communicate well and easy with them! Highly recommend.

Wonderful! The team worked together to provide a very welcoming, kind, clean, professional experience (bottled water, music, patience and good listening). Ziggy is a wonderful colorist, was very attentive to details for both my color and cut, and blow dried and styled my hair. He is kind, attentive, a good listener, and easy to work with. My hair was very damaged and he made me look like a hair model! I would highly recommend the team at Hair Club 20 for a salon and can only say good things about Ziggy. Thank you Ziggurat and thank you team at Hair Club 20!!!

Great wash and blow dry

I got a keratin treatment from Zigy. He was very professional during the entire service. He gave me an eye shield, mask, and eye cover for the keratin treatment which was really helpful with the fumes. I got a haircut and the keratin treatment all within 3 hours and my hair is so smooth and straight now. Zigy even recognized that my hair was really curly and put extra straightening cream into my hair for free. I would highly recommend Hair Club 20!

Stylist frequently checked in with me and asked if the cut is going how I’m liking. He was also showing me how it would look normally without styling to show realistic expectations of my cut. After the cut the stylists we’re hyping me up. Overall it was a great experience.
