Deya is the best! I have thick hair and I was worried about if KMB Studio didn’t have texturizing shears, but thank goodness I asked! They have shears to help thin your thick hair out if you don’t want to deal with a puffy lion’s mane especially with Chicago’s humidity lol! 🦁😜 and the conditioning mask made my hair feel soft and less frizzy! Kayla is amazing as usual! She cut, washed, blow-dried, and straightened my hair. (Which by the way is super long, thick, and curly) She's so welcoming and is always smiling. So easy to talk to and is a vibe every single time. She knows what she is doing and I trust her with all my beauty needs. My hair is always in great hands with Kayla. What I love most about her, is that even on her off days or when she is fully booked, she is willing and ready to accommodate her clients. I just love her and her team overall. They are all great especially for girlies with my type of hair! 10/10

After a disappointing experience yesterday, I returned to Lash Design and Maral and team completely turned things around. She was patient, kind, and took the time to explain what was happening with my lashes and how to fix them. She listened to my concerns, made me feel comfortable, and did an amazing job correcting them. The team was incredibly accommodating and professional. This level of customer care is exactly why I’ve been a longtime client and will continue coming back. Thank you, Maral - 10/10 recommend.

Chair Hair Imports is truly an experience. I came from out of town and searched them online and I’m so happy I did. The environment of the salon was so inviting, beautiful, and the stylist really made the experience. I was able to get an appointment and the service was amazing. Will definitely keep them in mind and even visit next time I’m in Chicago because we’re besties now.
