Salon was lovely, interior really aesthetic and relaxing. Kelsha was lovely, she took time to sit and listen to what I wanted and recommended things. She took extra time at the end to make sure I liked it and cut extra off for me to make sure I was happy. She showed me ways to style my hair and made me really comfortable. The best salon I've been to in Gateshead/Newcastle and will be coming back.

Andrew is a great hairdresser. I have been coming to the Newcastle Hair Company for years and i wouldn't go anywhere else. The atmosphere is always welcoming and it is a safe space for clients to come and have their hair done. All of the staff within the salon are lovely and always speak to everyone and any client. Andrew is an exceptional hairdresser and an all round amazing person and has really helped bring my hair back to life after lots of neglect.

Wow what can I say, the job the stylist has done is amazing. I fully love the new hairstyle and will 110% be booking again. By far the best stylist in Newcastle and I've been to a few so far. The atmosphere was very appealing when I walked in, she was very engaging and friendly from that start and made me feel as if I'd known her for years. 10/10 would come again.

Was anxious cause its my first time cutting my hair here in newcastle, but they were all friendly and provide good customer service. Elle did my hair and it was perfect! Love how she was very passionate in creating layers and framing for my hair. Love the finishing look, place, service, and hairdresser.

wonderful as always. i started coming to boilerhouse as my first ever salon, then when i was low on funds for a while i tried a few different salons in newcastle, all of which were nothing compared to this place. they really set the bar high . the level of care from everyone from the moment you step in the door to the moment you leave, is nothing short of incredible . i am so grateful to marianne for my beautiful hair , and also just everyone in the salon making it such a welcoming and wonderful place to visit . thank you!

Always a relaxing and enjoyable experience. All the guys are really nice and welcoming, definitely makes getting a haircut an easier experience if you're a bit nervous. The only place in Newcastle I go to get my haircut now.
