First time I visited this hairsaloon today, traveled from London and got my hair done by Lidia, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience! First of all, Lidia was incredibly professional and welcoming, making me feel comfortable right from the start. She took the time to really listen to what I wanted and perfectly understood the look I was aiming for. The result? My hair looks absolutely stunning—exactly what I needed and envisioned! I wanted a shampoo and blow dry for a funeral tomorrow. Karen was really helpful and styled my hair beautifully. Naomi shampooed my hair and massaged my hair so well that I could have fallen asleep.

The salon and staff were lovely. My highlights turned out nice, and I’m happy with the colour. However, I was surprised, at their price point, that after a colour and tone, that a blow dry & style wasn’t included. I was sent home with a rough dry, which really didn’t showcase my new hair colour. I feel like when you’re paying for your hair to be done you want to leave looking pretty and finished. Just a heads up to know before going in.

As Hairdressers are FANTASTIC FANTASTIC, My hair were so badly “ home trimmed “ I looked as chicken before .. And after The Haircut by Miss.
