Caitlin is the best hairdresser my partner and I have ever had. She is always friendly and chatty and a few times has been really flexible when I couldn't make it. Caitlin is the only hairdresser I have been to for four years and is a great ambassador for the business! As we are leaving Leicester, I can only say that we will miss her deeply

Absolutely amazing! I have been quite a few times and had a few different beauticians but all have been incredible! My favourite treatment is the express glo facial as it really rejuvenates my skin and is well priced. I find some facials very heavy on my skin and irritating- however, the Beauty Refinery’s never do! It’s super relaxing and they even gave me a chocolate at the end of my last appointment! One of my fave places in Leicester 🫶

I had a wash cut and blow-dry with Neesey today. I've previously had a lot of bad experiences with hairdressers and was really nervous with my new years resolution to start going to hairdressers again. Neesey was absolutely amazing explaining every step of what she was doing and why and made me feel a lot less nervous. I plan on coming back in 8 weeks time and getting rid of my fobia of hairsalons which was made easier by my experience today. Thanks Neesey 🙂

Teigan listened carefully, offered thoughtful advice, and transformed my mum’s hair into something radiant, healthy, and perfectly suited to her. Such an amazing experience as usual! Had a lovely catch up and she worked a miracle on my hair! Tape removal, full head of highlights and lowlights, toner, wash, cut, blow dry, tapes fitted and styled, she really is the best, highly recommended!
