This was my first appointment with Hannah and it couldn’t have been better. Hannah is friendly and put me at ease straight away. We talked about slight changes to my usual cut and I was happy to take Hannah’s advice to cut a fringe in, which I don’t usually have. I have received numerous compliments on my new cut and everyone has said how much nicer my style looks with a slight fringe. I couldn’t be happier and have already booked my next appointment with Hannah!

Katie is absolutely amazing! After neglecting my hair for far too long, it was dry, dull, and lifeless, but she completely transformed it. My hair feels healthy and full of shine again. Fantastic experience from start to finish. With the consultation I felt Emilia really listened to what I wanted from my colour and cut. The final look was amazing really natural looking colour and the styling was so good.

I have been getting my hair (and my teenage daughter’s too!) done at the House of Envy for a few years now and I honestly can’t recommend it enough. Firstly, it has a really lovely atmosphere and everyone is so friendly. Secondly I always love my hair- I always have blonde half head of highlights, cut and blow dry for reference. I never feel rushed and 100% recommend Victoria. I couldn’t get an appointment with Victoria this time as I had to reschedule my original appointment with her at short notice and had my hair done by Freya instead today who absolutely wonderful and lovely too. Recommend

Came in with my wife, she had a dry cut just to tidy her hair up for a wedding. I had grown my hair for the past 4 years so I could donate it. All the staff were very friendly and Emilia did a fantastic job with both our cuts. I'd highly recommend her and this place and we will be back, thank you.

Everyone very friendly. Quick to offer drinks. Lindsey and I chatted very comfortably throughout my appointment. Lindsey always cuts and styles my hair really well. A lovely experience over all.

Katie was amazing with our 4 year old who can sometimes be very emotional and clingy during haircuts. Katie listened to our sons initial worries and put him at ease, he sat there calm and she told him the steps she was taking which helped him continue to feel comfortable. Our son also has a double crown which can be tricky to style but Katie had knowledge of this, our son left looking great. Thank you!

Really glad I found House of Envy, after some bad experiences elsewhere. I found all the hairstylists really friendly and welcoming. Katie was brilliant and took my inspiration pics and translated them into a colour and style that worked for my hair. Looking forward to coming back for gloss/colour treatments and maintenance cuts more regularly.
