I was so happy with how Song Yi transformed my hair yesterday. She’s very gentle and also talked me through the whole process of my haircut. She deserves the recognition. This is definitely the salon I’ll be going back to when I’m in Montréal.

The red tint I got last time with Sunny has naturally faded into a beautiful brown, blending perfectly with my relaxed curls. Today, I visited just for a trim, but Sunny recommended a two-block cut, and I absolutely love how it turned out! She even styled my sideburns in the latest trend. It’s always such a pleasure to be back in Yu’s chair! This was my third visit to the salon, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. Yu is truly wonderful and makes you feel so comfortable from the moment you walk in. The entire staff is incredibly kind, and the salon is always spotless. I love that she’s always honest about how a style will look, whether it’s high or low maintenance, and how to keep it looking great at home. She even shared some amazing styling tips for my cowlick! Couldn’t have been better. My son had already had a (bad) haircut in Vermont, US - but she still managed to give him a much better shape and style. He is 13 years old and teens can be picky. He was very happy.

My hairdresser (Victoria I think) was fantastic - for the first time in my life I got a cut that actually respected my length request. I had a ton of split ends but was hoping to still be able to tuck it into a bun. She managed to make it happen! PLUS she taught me how to do finger coils to bring out my natural curls AND how to properly revive them - I had actual ringlets that lasted 3+ days! I've been to 3 salons that specialize in curly hair but never was able to reproduce any of it at home. I had given up and had asked her to straighten it but she saw the potential in my hair! Total pro.

Daphne is always welcoming, attentive and professional. You can feel her skill as she manipulates her tools and clearly see the beautiful results each and every time! She is on time and works within the allotted time frame! Her shampoos are worth a mention, an indulgent pre style treat! I am happy to say that I am a regular client now.
