Emma did a colour consultation prior with me and really listened to what I was looking for. My hair now looks healthy, shiny and I feel so confident! As a busy mum she understood I didn’t want a high maintenance and expensive colour and this means I can afford the upkeep and know it is much more natural and closer to my base colour.
