Gabriele has helped me immensely with my sciatica which I’ve had for over 3 months due to a disc bulge in spine. This has been my best experience in London so far, and I’m not planning to change it anytime soon. Natalia, the hairdresser, is very creative, understands exactly what I need, and the whole visit was genuinely enjoyable.

Anisha is an amazing osteopath. I’ve been seeing her regularly this year with various issues in my neck, lower back, hip flexors etc. I always come away feeling better and no injury or pain seems to concern her. She always finds a solution! I’ve been given a few exercises but it’s nothing excessive or unachievable and they always help too.
