I have been coming here for years and cannot recommend the Chelsea Clinic & Spa in Wynberg highly enough. The owner, Melanie Garthwaite, is extremely knowledgeable in terms of skin, health and wellbeing. She really goes the extra mile for all her clients, makes them feel comfortable – and actually listens to her guests wishes and/or their skin related problems. You can literally see and feel her experience when she is working on you and she has managed for years to turn my rather problematic and sensitive skin into the best version it can be. My skin is looking great and marks are visibly lighter 2 weeks after my microneedling session.

I have been a client at Glow Aesthetics since 2020. She is the absolute best in terms of planning to obtain your skin goals. She understands different skin types and when to be gentle yet offer effective solutions. Even though there are moments when I have had treatments done at other therapists I always go back to Jaishal because it is money well spent. The products she uses are high end and never causes any break outs. Although I am nearing 39 my skin has aged amazingly using collagen inducing therapy with her through the years. 10/10

Microneedling is never pleasant but worth the discomfort especially when you are treated to a choice of a relaxing massage while you wait for the numbing cream to take effect! I love seeing the results afterwards the redness goes away, and every session more results 🥳👌

I had my skin tags removed at CC Euphoria and was a bit anxious about the treatment. However, I was received with such friendliness and professionalism that all inhibitions were immediately defused.
