I’ve travelled a lot and experienced some amazing treatments. This was right up there as one of the best. The service was excellent from start to finish. Welcomed by Fleur (?) very professional, introduced to Shreta who was very knowledgeable and had the perfect touch! Afterwards was relaxing and I left super relaxed. I’ll be back for sure. If visiting Auckland or if you’re a local in Ponsonby, Herne Bay, Westmere, Grey Lynn this is the place to go.

Anju and the two other highly qualified women go completely above and beyond. My first treatment sold me as I'd done it elsewhere with no results, leading me to my next treatment, Microneedling with Purasomes. I’ve been going to Skintopia for the past five years, ever since their Commercial Bay days, and I’ve had the chance to experience many facialists over that time but Bianka is hands down the best. She just gets it right every single time. Her facial massages are incredible, and her touch is so calming and precise. I love that she’s not overly chatty and really lets me relax and make the most of my treatment. She’s never pushy about product sales either, which I really appreciate. Overall, Bianka is amazing easily the best at the Herne Bay branch!

My fave nail spot by far. They always do an amazing job, especially with nail art/frenchies. They’re super meticulous with the nail prep and shaping so the end result is always super clean, and my manicures last for ages. Highly recommend!!
