Charlie made me feel so welcome. She was friendly, chatty and calming, which helped ease my anxiety. She took the time to explain absolutely everything before, during and after the treatment including the filler itself, the numbing cream, aftercare, what to expect. Another amazing treatment by Zoe! I wasn’t sure which treatment would give me the results I wanted, but she explained everything and recommended the best option. I was nervous, but she put me completely at ease and the treatment wasn’t painful at all. No bruising again, and my swelling went down within an hour, although I was advised it can take up to 48 hours. The clinic is spotless, and Zoe always double-cleans every surface. Professional, knowledgeable and I wouldn’t go anywhere else! Highly recommend Zoe x
