Alexandra was lovely and explained everything she was going to do to my face also advised on aftercare after the facial was done. I had medi+ facial which included dermaplane and microneedling which was the first time I had done and it was painless.

Eleanor was really lovely and talked me through the procedure clearly. The treatment itself was great.
