Chrissie is just so so lovely and brilliant at her job...... genuinely the best eyebrows I have ever walked out of a salon with....no exaggeration! Not only do you feel instantly welcomed by Chrissie, like you've known her forever but she double checks everything she is doing is what you have asked for and correct before proceeding. The salon and her room is spotless every single time, without fail. Couldn't recommend more! ❤️

I had a vampire facial with Rachel and couldn't recommend her more. She was absolutely lovely, very gentle throughout the treatment, and made me feel completely at ease. She was also incredibly knowledgeable, taking the time to explain the procedure, answer all my questions, and share lots of helpful advice about skincare and different treatments. Overall, it was a great experience, and I'll definitely be back!

Zoe is absolutely amazing! I booked a treatment through Fresha as I was coming to Christchurch for the weekend and found Beauty at No.5. So glad I did! Had the most amazing treatments, so relaxing and my skin feels amazing. Zoe is so lovely and I felt so at ease with her chatting away like I had known her for years. Kylie is amazing. Highly professional and extremely knowledgeable. She is super friendly and listens to everything you have to say about your desired outcome. Had a great facial today with micro-needling. Always a pleasure to see Chrissie and chill. I have noticed a real difference with my wrinkles they are not so pronounced. The best bit was a cold mask today, just what you need on a hot day. Maria F

Kyla is just fab as always but today's treatment (micro-needling) is not my favourite in this set of facials over the course of a year. My skin feels a bit sensitive, however the benefits are amazing over the course and micro-needling is just one part of the 3 x treatments alternated 4 times . You should enquire about this offer! I do still highly recommend this.Thanks Kyla for always taking care of me

Had my first session of micro needling done with Kyla. She was very professional and went through the different depth settings to make sure I was comfortable.
