Ida was lovely from start to finish and made me feel completely at ease. She was professional, friendly and clearly very knowledgeable. She took her time, paid attention to detail and made sure I was happy throughout the appointment. Absolutely listened to what I wanted, was able to cut my hair like that despite random lengths of a grow out undercut! The best head massage. Talked through hair extensions with me with no hard sell at all. Great price for the service too. Definitely gained a repeat customer, starting next week with extensions!

INCREDIBLE I had 3 micro needling appointments with Beckie on my stomach and I actually couldn’t have asked for any better results. 11 year old scar from having my daughter……GONE! Beckie understands is absolutely exceptional and the best I have ever come across in the industry. I had a fantastic experience getting my hair coloured and extensions done! Ida, my stylist, was excellent—attentive, skilled, and kind throughout the process. She took the time to understand what I wanted and made sure every detail was perfect. My hair has never looked better! The vibrant colour suits me perfectly, and the extensions blend seamlessly with my hair. Ida indeed went above and beyond to make me feel confident and beautiful. Leanna is nothing but fantastic when it comes to my hair! She listens, advises, supports and gives me the best advice. I went to Leanna because of her knowledge of hair extensions I’m most likely her worst customer being so indecisive but she is fantastic with me and I won’t be going any where else now I’ve come across her she’s so welcoming it doesn’t feel like a hair appointment just a fantastic job & atmosphere all round x
