Salon was lovely, interior really aesthetic and relaxing. Kelsha was lovely, she took time to sit and listen to what I wanted and recommended things. She took extra time at the end to make sure I liked it and cut extra off for me to make sure I was happy. She showed me ways to style my hair and made me really comfortable. The best salon I've been to in Gateshead/Newcastle and will be coming back.

I had my balayage appointment today and I absolutely loved the result! Shannon did my hair, and she was amazing from start to finish, so friendly, professional, and really took the time to understand what I wanted. The colour turned out beautifully blended and natural, exactly how I imagined. The whole experience was relaxing, and I left feeling so confident and happy with my hair. Highly recommend Shannon if you’re looking for a perfect balayage!

Cannot recommend this salon enough!! Kelsha is incredible Not only did she transform my dull and very damaged hair, she turned my inspiration to life Gave me after care advice and recommended treatment Im literally obsessed with my hair and carnt wait for my next appointment Everyone in the salon was welcoming and lovely Grace made sure I was okay and checked regularly if she could get me anything to drink The choice on the drinks menu is amazing

Once again an amazing experience 🤩! My hair looks fabulous and it was so nice to sit and chill whilst being looked after. All the staff are so friendly and welcoming! Grace did an amazing job of my hair. I appreciate how hard it is with all my hair and she took her time and the outcome was gorgeous. Taylor and Katie spent the full day on me and made me feel so comfortable throughout. What a lovely salon and fabulous staff.
