Sommer who did my Nano extension, did a consult for 30 mins, the week prior to my appointment. My hair is short and natural colour, Sommer was able to match the extensions perfectly to my hair colour. She also went through the length that would be best for how short my hair is. When I came the following week I felt very welcome, all staff were very pleasant, there was a great atmosphere In The shop The end result was amazing, Sommer told me if I have any questions to not hesitate to ring and talk to her, advice was given on what to use on my extensions, followed by an email. My appointment with Holly was fantastic today! It was my first time there, and I felt so relaxed and at ease in the salon. My previous hairdressers dyed my hair twice, using colours that I didn’t like or think suited me. Holly treated my hair to a 30-minute cleanser, which was very relaxing. I’m planning to return in a couple of weeks for full highlights, a cut and a blow-dry. I’m really looking forward to seeing the lovely Holly again.
