I honestly can’t thank Jess enough. She was such a sweet caring person from the moment I sat in her chair. I came feeling low about my hair my extensions were too light, my hair was damaged, and I started to get upset because I just didn’t feel like myself. She was so understanding and comforting, instead of making me feel embarrassed, she went above and beyond to help. She managed to work around the situation and helped me find new extensions that actually matched my shade perfectly, she blended everything beautifully! the end result was stunning i left feeling confident again. The lady doing my hair I think her name was urooj, was so sweet and welcoming and seeing as it was my first visit at this salon she made a great first impression. I was so glad with my hair cute and hair style left looking 10x prettier
