I honestly can’t thank Jess enough. She was such a sweet caring person from the moment I sat in her chair. I came feeling low about my hair my extensions were too light, my hair was damaged, and I started to get upset because I just didn’t feel like myself. She was so understanding and comforting, instead of making me feel embarrassed, she went above and beyond to help. She managed to work around the situation and helped me find new extensions that actually matched my shade perfectly, she blended everything beautifully! the end result was stunning i left feeling confident again. Incredible as always! Went from mousey brunette to sizzling blonde with a full head of highlights, the colour looks soooo beautiful, natural and shimmery and my hair feels soft as silk! Plus the curls stay in for DAYS afterwards! Seriously don't go anywhere else, Aruj is the best!!

Took the cutting and styling slowly today to make sure that I was able to explain to Heather exactly what I wanted. Such patience and understanding and still smiling and I came home totally thrilled with my sharper ,choppy cut .. Thanks Heather 5* as always 💗

Geri is fab at what she does! I have had extensions fitted and they are just perfect! Lovely salon, both girls are really friendly and I think i have finally found a hairdresser that I am going to stick with because I couldn't be any happier!

I’m honestly so happy with my hair after today! Hannah was amazing, so kind, welcoming, and really listened to what I wanted. She gave me my dream haircut and I couldn’t stop smiling when I saw the final result. She also shared loads of really helpful tips and showed me exactly how to recreate the look at home, which made such a difference. You can tell she genuinely cares about her clients. Highly recommend! I’ll definitely be coming back!

Visited today first time at new salon, Heather was my hairdresser in Whalley and have followed her to this new salon. What I love about Heather is she is always consistent with her cut it's always spot on ,and you always leave a better version of yourself,thanks once again Heather for a great experience and cut ❤️

AMAZING! Got highlights, toner and blow dry done. Can’t praise Khaynaat enough for her work. Had a lovely chat with her through it all and she pays a lot of attention to detail in her work. She was clear with me what she was doing to my hair and told me honestly how the colours would look on my hair as i had previously had a balayage done. She blended all the colour in my hair to make it even and made me look amazing with a blow dry at the end. Thanks so much and defo recommending Justcuts to everyone x
