I had a very relaxing massage. My shoulders were tight and sore when I walked in. Coming out I felt amazing. Stefania is very nice. She used hot towels and did some neck stretches. I feel very relaxed. When you leave the give you a water bottle, And tell you to take it easy and keep hydrated. Nice touch

I only gave her a rough area of where I felt the pain in my back. It was no longer than 5 minutes into my massage before she was working on the root of my tension!!!
