The lady that did my pedicure was lovely, she chatted to me without being over friendly and the results were excellent. They also managed to fit me in that afternoon for a facial that I requested after having had excellent service with my feet. Also the prices were very reasonable. If I stay at Bashley again I will definitely go again .

I had a wonderful spa treatment at Hoburne in Bashley with my therapist, Ella. She was absolutely brilliant – so skilled, attentive, and professional, which made the whole experience really relaxing. The facilities were excellent, clean, and very welcoming. One of the highlights for me was the heated massage bed – such a lovely touch that made the treatment even more comfortable and soothing. I left feeling refreshed, pampered, and thoroughly looked after, my skin looks insane from all the Elemis products.I would highly recommend both Ella and the spa to anyone looking for a little indulgence!

Secret is out!!! Best facial I’ve ever had. Will definitely be back. Sallie was professional from start to finish. Explained everything and made me feel very special. As a mum after some much needed TLC I certainly got that at Hoburne Bashley courtesy of Sallie ❤️

Staff were very friendly. My foot massage was brilliant. I have very sensitive feet which I told the therapist before hand and I was very surprised that I didn’t flinch once! I felt very relaxed. Even offered to use the relaxation room after and have tea. Would recommend a visit it was worth it. Thank you :)

Fantastic treatments by Sallie. I had a back massage, a foot and leg massage followed by a taster facial. It was heavenly and Sallie was very attentive and explained to me what she’d be doing. Such good value for 3x 25 minute treatments. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her. Just fabulous.

I had a fabulous afternoon. Was looked after by Angie. She was super friendly and I had the most amazing Indian head massage, Hot stone back neck and shoulder massage and reflexology. Another great special offer for April (just sneaked it in!) the Hop Into Harmony hot stone back, neck and shoulder massage, topped off with a scalp massage. Ella was so welcoming and explained everything in detail, she checked in with me on all my preferences. Pretty sure I fell asleep during that scalp massage! The facilities at this Elemis spa are really lovely, heated beds and relaxing atmosphere added to my enjoyment.
