I love the staff but so far I have never booked an appointment that has not been canceled. This is the first salon I’ve been to in Abu Dhabi that has canceled my appointment ever. It’s now happened 4 times in a row and is getting to be quiet upsetting especially since I do extensions, I tried booking in advance , my appointment still got canceled, I tried confirming with my credit card it still got canceled. I’m really at a loss on how to get an appointment that you will keep. It’s actually getting to a point where however much I like the salon and the staff that it’s not relaxing

All the people who treated me were fantastic, I got a simple fringe trim and I felt like I got a bit of a consultation. She was confident and clearly knew her stuff. I had a massage, and a mani. The lady who really stood out to me was the pedi-technician. I’ve been running a lot recently and she went above and beyond to look after my poor feet. Much needed. Thanks ladies!

Amazing experience! I tried the hair treatment with Lilly hair technician and she was very professional, gentle, and skilled. I also had the detox massage with Roro technician, and it was incredibly relaxing and refreshing. Both services exceeded my expectations, and the staff made me feel very comfortable. Highly recommend for anyone looking for quality service and a great experience!
