Such a lovely and relaxing experience! From the warm welcome by Anna, the herbal tea, and choosing my massage scent, everything felt thoughtful and calming. The massage was amazing with perfect pressure and beautiful vibes. I also loved the scalp cleansing — all the products were natural and refreshing, and my hair felt so light and fresh afterward. Samira did my braids and she was lovely and very talented. Highly recommended!

Raneem was incredibly informative and welcoming—mashaAllah—making the entire visit even more special. I tried the Gyggy Spa, a unique treatment that indulges the feet, hands, hair, and scalp. The ambiance was exceptionally relaxing and cozy, and every detail was thoughtfully taken care of. It was a full hour of pure calm and bliss—an experience so soothing I genuinely didn’t want it to end.

Excellent experience with Anas from the second I walked in. Warm, courteous and very professional behavior from all the staff and most importantly a high quality service and treatment. While I am a regular at the branch in Riyadh, this was my first time at the branch in Jeddah and it is wonderful to see the consistency in service and customer care across all their locations.
