I visited Sarah for Myofascial Release massage almost a year ago. I broke my shoulder 3 years prior and was awaiting surgery as it had ‘knit wrong’ and was still painful 24/7. I have just told the consultant that I don’t want the surgery. I am pain-free, my mobility and therefore strength, has improved. I can swim, row, work out and hike with poles. Sarah is a lovely, gentle and calm person and I have learned a lot about my own body since seeing her. I owe her so much and can confidently recommend The Cedar Room 100%.
