Had a back, neck, and shoulder sports massage with Flo and it was amazing. She’s so lovely and easy to talk to. The massage was just incredible and worked wonders. I left feeling so much better – highly recommend!

I always feel great after a massage and since working with Flo I've definitely seen a reduction in injuries and niggles, and when they do occur she knows exactly how to target them to help nip them in the bud (looking at you IT Band). She's also super friendly and will make you feel really relaxed and comfortable in the session. All in all a great service and very good value!
