This was the first time I’ve ever had cupping and I was advise to following a Thai massage what a very stubborn 12 month old neck shoulder injuries falling from my horse. I can honestly say having had different sorts of treatment in the last 10 months I can finally say I think I have turned a corner. What a fantastic massage- from start to finish Belinda’s level of detail was faultless; and as a beauty therapist myself it is not often I have treatments that are as thorough and enjoyable as the one that I experienced. I could list all of the small touches that made my massage unforgettable but I’m not sure the word count would cope with it- so I will simply say, Belinda is second to none and if you have the opportunity to visit Botanicals and have a massage with her then grab it with both hands!

Botanicals are consistently great. As someone who works a labour intensive job, they really help to get all the little aches and pains away. The massages always feel a bit more individual than other places i've been to, it's not just a generic routine, you can tell they are feeling for knots and really know what they are doing.

Amazing!! I love Ann's massage technique. I always come with shoulder and back pain, and I love how she works deeply, getting out all the knots. But what I especially love is how she works so intuitively. Ann will find exactly the right spot to release a knot, loosen a tight muscle, or free a trapped nerve. That's a skill that is hard to teach - she's a natural healer. This definitely isn't a spa type massage, but nor is it forceful. Ann's massage technique is strong and firm, and also sensitive as she really listens to your body. The best massage ever! I come every month!!
