Incredibly relaxing remedial massage. Without needing to direct, Ngaire found all the tense spots in my body, and I’ve left feeling completely relaxed, less tense and like I’ve been tranquilised in the best way. Sophie was amazing! She listened to all of my concerns and knew exactly what my body needed. She found all of my tight spots and trigger points and really helped relieve the tension. As a runner and someone training for HYROX, my body gets very tight, and I left feeling so much better. She is incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and made the whole experience exceptional. I’ll definitely be coming back and highly recommend Sophie!
