Deya is the best! I have thick hair and I was worried about if KMB Studio didn’t have texturizing shears, but thank goodness I asked! They have shears to help thin your thick hair out if you don’t want to deal with a puffy lion’s mane especially with Chicago’s humidity lol! 🦁😜 and the conditioning mask made my hair feel soft and less frizzy! ArtPM is the cutest, cleanest, nicest, and best permanent makeup/tattoo spot I have ever visited (and I have 11 tattoos and permanent brows and eyeliner). They always make sure to take their time and do it right and to your liking. The girls that work there are friendly and incredibly helpful and I love supporting a woman-owned small business. I cannot recommend ArtPM enough.

Very happy with my lip blushing from Anastasiia! She color matched my favorite lipstick, she explained every step of the process, and she used generous amounts of numbing cream to make the process as comfortable as possible.

As always the service was great and has always been good which is why I return. However, I just want to say, when you are being serviced and your technician and fellow employees are speaking in their native tongue (which you can't understand) and they are laughing it becomes an uncomfortable environment for the client.

After a disappointing experience yesterday, I returned to Lash Design and Maral and team completely turned things around. She was patient, kind, and took the time to explain what was happening with my lashes and how to fix them. She listened to my concerns, made me feel comfortable, and did an amazing job correcting them. The team was incredibly accommodating and professional. Karina Ponomarenko is the absolute BEST!!! I recently moved to Chicago and was nervous to try someone new, but I have had the most amazing experience.
