This was my first visit to the spa, I wasn’t sure what to expect, was pleasantly surprised I have the attention to detail they provided. Starting with offering a beverage as we waited, to the consultation, the massage room, where it is dimly lit room where you lay on a massage table while getting the hair treatment. Absolutely wonderful, relaxing, and stress relieving process. Once that’s completed, you get a nice cup of tea and consultation on the improvement, your hair received. I would definitely recommend going and giving it a try.

Staff was friendly, the facility was very clean and inviting, but I was cold during & after my hair/scalp wash which prevented me from relaxing. There was hot tea waiting when I got back to my salon chair, but it wasn’t enough to get me warm again. I wish I had either known to dress warmer (socks would have helped my poor cold feet), or that either the massage chair or the blanket they covered me with had the option of heat. I was also surprised that the head and neck massage happens while seated in a brightly lit room. For the price point I just expected a bit more than what I experienced.

A sensory symphony. If you enjoy scalp stimulattion, this is a must. After a brief scalp exam and neck massage, you're moved to a treatment room. You can choose to look up at a lighted galaxy tableau on the ceiling or use a heated eye mask while your scalp is pampered in every conceivable way. Serums, shampoos, water treatments, spiky tools, and diligent hands tickling, massaging, and transporting your neglected scalp onto another, decidedly more awesome planet. At the end, your head has never felt cleaner or more invigorated. Great experience, and I cannot wait to go back.

I had an amazing experience from start to finish! Honestly, I can’t even decide what the best part was because everything was great. Angelica was so knowledgeable and incredibly sweet. She answered all of my questions, gave helpful suggestions, and made me feel completely comfortable throughout the appointment. Jane is superb. From scheduling with Jess, reception with Emely and 60 minutes with Jane nothing but a positive experience. Strained my lower back today and heating pad didn’t help. After 60 minutes with Jane I feel functional again. Nice quiet and soothing experience
