It’s my second visit to Ninski for a Hollywood wax… I’m still making my mind up about this place because the customer service is not great but the wax today was the best i have ever had in terms of thoroughness and care. It’s a v small salon and they are always running late which is a personal gripe of mine. Their Hollywood wax is affordable for the area (some places charge £50!) and for the throughness I received today, I will be back! Therapist I saw was called Amna and I recommend her - just gets on with the job and does it very well! ✨

Victoria was everything I was seeking and more. From the moment I had my first treatment session with her, she was nothing but honest, open and made me feel super comfortable. She spent her personal time guiding me through my skincare products and we even threw some away because Victoria definitely knows what she’s talking about. She utilises the time of your treatment to the best of her ability and does an amazing job at guiding you what’s suitable for your skin and the procedures she carries out. Her motions are fluid and I wish they never stop most of the time. I highly recommend Victoria!

Rochelle was very welcoming on arrival, talked through each step and was keeping me updated through the process of the treatment. Noticed results instantly from the biorepeel and Mirconeedling treatment. Treatment room was so cosy and comfortable, will be booking my next treatment real soon. I was serviced today by Rochelle, I had a hydro facial and Dermaplane facial. First let’s talk about the decor- very comfortable, setup was beautiful, clean, absolutely lovely. Rochelle was really gentle with me and explained everything she was doing step by step. She even shared with me the products that she used on me. Rochelle was very accommodating and ensured I was comfortable. I was really pleased with the results from my facial. My face was really glowy and looked fresh. Very pleased, would definitely recommend. 10/10
