I had an excellent experience with my laser lash extension done by Natasha. I was a bit apprehensive at first, but she handled everything with great care. I have dry eyes, and I've used eye drops afterward without any problems. Additionally, I previously had my eyebrows done by Nancy, and they turned out beautifully—so natural and artistic. Overall, an amazing job!

From start to finish, it was an excellent experience. The shop is so tidy, clean & pleasant looking. The massage room temperature, lighting was perfect & the decor was so beautiful, the table & cover so comfortable & warm. As for the massage itself, Kristen didn't miss 1 spot on my whole body (except privates ofcourse 🤭) her style was so relaxing, rhythmic & calming. She ensured she was applying just enough pressure by asking me to let her know if too firm or too soft. Plenty of hot towels used every step of the way too. At the end she offered me glass of water. & there's a loyalty card.

Shoutout to Marina for her amazing service in accomodating my appointment that had to be rescheduled from their end. I was booked with Samara for a second time and she did not disappoint! I purchased the fibroblast treatment on my eyelids. When I called to book I was told what I had to do in preparation for the appointment. I enjoyed my treatment at Gloss. Kate was lovely. She explained everything to me beforehand including the aftercare, and was very professional. The procedure was quick and easy with very little discomfort. I highly recommended this salon.

I've been going to Lash and Brow since I moved to the area two years ago, and I'm so happy they now have a salon at Ed Square. I love all the girls there, but Shilo is an absolute delight and always executes exactly what I want. In general, the whole team is always accommodating to my needs.
