I had such an amazing experience at Lash Up. From the moment I walked in, the service was friendly, welcoming, and genuinely enjoyable. The technician was not only professional but also brought great energy and banter, which made the whole appointment feel relaxed and fun. I got a hybrid full set, and I am honestly so impressed. The lashes feel incredibly light, like there is absolutely nothing on my eyes. The quality is outstanding, soft lashes with a really good adhesive that feels comfortable and secure. "First-Time Lash Love!" I was a total lash newbie, and I was a bit nervous about getting my lashes done for the first time. But Zenobia was amazing! She was so patient, explained everything clearly, and made me feel completely at ease. The entire process was relaxing and enjoyable. My lashes look absolutely stunning! Had a fabulous head, neck and back massage as well as a dermaplaning facial (my fave) from Mushfiekah! I was confortable at all times, she focussed exactly where I required it, after enquring, and kept checking if I was okay with the pressure. I'm not surprised, my experiences has always found Mushfiekah attentive and client- focussed. Seriously, if you need to pamper yourself, book with Mushfiekah!
