Came back for a second massage this week whilst staying at the hotel after such a great experience the first time around. Lovely facilities, the most welcoming staff and the perfect way to relax. Wellbeing definitely improved after visiting and hope to back whenever I’m in Dubai :)

Mapel is truly the best masseuse I've ever experienced. I came in with shoulder pain, and she knew exactly how to work on that spot. After the massage, I felt completely reborn. If you're in Dubai, head to the Hilton and ask for Ms Mapel, she will give you a massage unlike any other, an experience you'll never forget 💖

Truly healing- Balinese massage and a facial. Had therapist- Putu. She had firm but gentle hands with exactly the amount of pressure I needed, and it was a blessing. Have tried out multiple spas in various hotels in Dubai and Abu Dhabi but this spa experience was good enough for me to think of booking Fairmont again on my family’s next short break.

I had an amazing spa experience at the Wellbeing Holistic Healing at Fairmont Dubai. Ms. Elvira is very nice and accommodating. She responded to my email inquiries and requests readily and offered options with regards to my appointment. Duspa, my therapist, she is the best! I never had a such a relaxing massage. She used both soft and medium pressure and did not felt any discomfort. I literally fell asleep during my massage and felt relax and refreshed afterwards. The spa facilities is a little bit old but it was well-maintained and clean. Overall, i had a wonderful spa experience!

Everyone did a great job! This was my first visit. The spa was easy to find, it is a super cool design, and I was greeted by a trio of friendly, funny, and well-organized staff, Ating, Alifa, and Puspa. My treatment was with Puspa. She was thorough, professional, and personable, and the body wrap treatment was very effective. My overall experience was a 5 out of 5! I will go back whenever I am in Dubai.

spent a hot day smelting by the pool with an occasional swim in the inviting pool to cool off. followed by a rejuvenating 90 minute massage. the spa has a great atmosphere and I highly rate my masseuse. The pool is on the 1st floor great layout nice changing rooms both areas well maintained. A few negatives building work going on by the pool, on occasion you could smell paint like fumes and there was dust. nobody was serving outside so if you wanted refreshments you had to go inside and.find someone. there is a sauna but no steam room. there is no chill room to relax after treatment.

Suci was super attentive knew her stuff super well and gave the best advise based on my skin type and the problems I wanted addressed. She also read the room very quickly that i was not keen on chatting and kept the chit chat to a bare minimum - only when communicating treatment information. PERFECT!!!!!all round

Few things would add great value to overall experience: Offer some drink or just water bottle. There was no Shower gel and body lotion in Men’s shower area. Steam room was not working and was not informed by therapist in advance.

One hour felt so much longer, the room was perfect, the massage was so relaxing and with pressure. Very happy

Fantastic experience from checking in to check out. The spa was great, as was the daily breakfast. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the shower was huge! Specifically, the staff was amazing. Can't wait to come back soon.
