Had an amazing spa day today at Wellbeings Fairmont Dubai. Special thanks to my therapist, Susi, who was absolutely excellent. She is very professional in the way she works, and you can really tell that she knows exactly what she is doing. Her massage was relaxing and made the whole experience even better. I left feeling so happy and refreshed. I also want to mention the Filipino receptionist who was very approachable, friendly, and assisted us very well from start to finish. The customer service was truly outstanding. Thank you, Wellbeings Fairmont Dubai, for such a wonderful and relaxing day

Truly healing- Balinese massage and a facial. Had therapist- Putu. She had firm but gentle hands with exactly the amount of pressure I needed, and it was a blessing. Have tried out multiple spas in various hotels in Dubai and Abu Dhabi but this spa experience was good enough for me to think of booking Fairmont again on my family’s next short break.

I had an amazing spa experience at the Wellbeing Holistic Healing at Fairmont Dubai. Ms. Elvira is very nice and accommodating. She responded to my email inquiries and requests readily and offered options with regards to my appointment. Duspa, my therapist, she is the best! I never had a such a relaxing massage. She used both soft and medium pressure and did not felt any discomfort. I literally fell asleep during my massage and felt relax and refreshed afterwards. The spa facilities is a little bit old but it was well-maintained and clean. Overall, i had a wonderful spa experience!

Everyone did a great job! This was my first visit. The spa was easy to find, it is a super cool design, and I was greeted by a trio of friendly, funny, and well-organized staff, Ating, Alifa, and Puspa. My treatment was with Puspa. She was thorough, professional, and personable, and the body wrap treatment was very effective. My overall experience was a 5 out of 5! I will go back whenever I am in Dubai.

spent a hot day smelting by the pool with an occasional swim in the inviting pool to cool off. followed by a rejuvenating 90 minute massage. the spa has a great atmosphere and I highly rate my masseuse. The pool is on the 1st floor great layout nice changing rooms both areas well maintained. A few negatives building work going on by the pool, on occasion you could smell paint like fumes and there was dust. nobody was serving outside so if you wanted refreshments you had to go inside and.find someone. there is a sauna but no steam room. there is no chill room to relax after treatment.

Few things would add great value to overall experience: Offer some drink or just water bottle. There was no Shower gel and body lotion in Men’s shower area. Steam room was not working and was not informed by therapist in advance.

Fantastic experience from checking in to check out. The spa was great, as was the daily breakfast. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the shower was huge! Specifically, the staff was amazing. Can't wait to come back soon.
