I thought I was going to Ryan for just a sports massage but I got so much more information and help than anticipated. He is extremely professional and makes you feel at ease within minutes. He got right to the point about my body niggles and tested what they could be. He then gave me achievable physio exercises to do at home taking into consideration my work / life schedule. I really liked and appreciated his multi-skilled approach using soft tissue massage and sports massage as well as the physio exercises to help ease my pains. Can’t recommend Ryan enough for any body niggles you may have.

I’ve been seeing Ryan for sports massage therapy for many years and highly recommend him. He has helped me with everything from general maintenance to injuries, getting me to the start line of multiple ultra trail and marathon running events. Ryan is professional, friendly, and very knowledgeable, explaining how the body works and why injuries occur. He provides tailored rehab exercises after each session. My son, a dancer, also sees him and benefits greatly. Excellent service at a very reasonable cost.

Lisa was highly professional and took the time to understand the specific issues I’ve been struggling with. She immediately focused on the problem areas, and after two years of limited progress with NHS physiotherapy, I already feel noticeable improvement following just one session. I booked a sports massage with James after seeing the excellent reviews online, and I’m really glad I did. I train regularly at a local gym and also have a desk-based job, so stiffness is inevitable. James was very welcoming, highly knowledgeable, and delivered an excellent sports massage. It’s fantastic to have such a superb business like UK Physiotherapy right here in Wadebridge. I’ll definitely be returning to see James when I need another sports massage.

Just want to give a massive shoutout to London road clinic and it's amazing leadership team and staff. The leadership team of Lydia and Andy are azimg and care about what they do.I am shortly to have a knee replacement end Andy has noting had a knee replacement and has been very supportive with advice.Today whilst there having treatment Lydia ce to see me together they had both purchased an Aircast cryo/cast cold therapy system to aid with my rehabilitation after as this had helped Andy .Could everyone please support this amazing business as their humanity and kindness is second to none

Was nervous as never had a massage and don’t like invasion of space but Emma put me at ease straight away. She explained everything and was very professional. I initially came to James with a calf tear just two weeks before a Hyrox competition, worried that I might have to pull out. From the start, James understood how important competing was to me. He was incredibly thorough in both his assessment and treatment, clearly explaining what needed to be done. I followed his advice exactly and was able to compete pain-free. Since then, I’ve returned to James, and he’s provided me with a solid rehab plan to strengthen my calf and prevent future injuries. I’d highly recommend James to anyone looking for expert, supportive care.

I was lucky enough to get a last minute appointment with Laura (due to a cancellation) after I'd injured my back at work. I left after my treatment 30mins later feeling and walking so much better than I had been when I walked in. Not only was I given the physical therapy I needed but the information and exercises i was given to do at home was also incredibly beneficial. I would highly recommend using Teesdale Physiotherapy,should the need arise.

Laura is a really professional and experienced physio. Completely satisfactory consultation and therapy, with continuing work clearly specified with videos of the exercises. Highly recommend for assessment and therapy.

Lydia did an amazing job of easing my back and hamstrings following a spasm I suffered at the weekend 🙏 I will be back again next week for more rehab with her x

I recently had a soft tissue treatment with Ryan at Movement Massage and couldn’t recommend him highly enough. He was incredibly informative, explaining everything in a way that was clear and easy to understand. He quickly identified the root cause of my issue and, importantly, gave me a structured rehab plan to follow moving forward, which has given me real confidence. It wasn’t just a treatment – it felt like a proper plan to get me back on track. Highly recommend to anyone, and I’ll definitely be booking back in over the next couple of weeks.

Lashes & Cryofreezing: I love having my lashes done with Laura, always professional and knowledgeable when talking about her other therapies. New to her menu is cryo freezing for a couple of skin anomalies that we are freezing off. It's great that Laura is local and able to perform non-invasive aesthetic therapies. Joss and the massage was great but I am annoyed that whoever booked this appt put me down for the wrong treatment, (didn't realise until the reminder email ) they assumed I have 30 mins physio when I have a regular 45min sports massage. It then took time today (due to slow internet) to book my next appt which meant I then missed the first 2 mins of my already shortened appt and the receptionist just dismissed that as "only 2 mins". At £38 for half an hour thats £2.53 .

Fantastic. Course of 6 IPL treatments went very well, no problems. Karen very kind and knowledgeable, every confidence. Will be seeing her for further therapies.

We have used Shona for treatment and physio for a while now due to her professionalism and care for my daughter and I . She listens and builds a bespoke treatment around our symptoms and gives good advice to follow after our appointments .

I would recommend Shona time after time. Her therapy is in tune with my daughters medical needs and supports her physiotherapy . Shona listens and appreciated each step of the journey and is definitely part of my daughters team aiming to get her better .

I had the pregnancy massage and honestly cannot praise it enough. Rachel knew exactly what I needed and catered the massage especially for me. She took her time to make sure I was relaxed and comfortable throughout. So happy to have found Harmonia Therapies and I'll definitely be back after baby is here to work on my shoulders.
