Riya is the best! I've had a lash lift, tint, threading, henna and eyelash extensions complete by her and I am 100% satisfied every time! She is fantastic at catering to the customers requirements, especially when I was starting out and didn't know much about eyebrows and lashes. I’ve had 2 previous amazing lash techs before Ria (first one moved too far, second one got stuck overseas during covid19) and thought it wasn’t possible to get a better lash tech but I found ria and omg she is THE BEST at eyelash extensions. Arisa did amazing. I LOVE my lash lift she completed on my lashes and the tint too. I'd recommend everyone to come and get a lash lift done too. it was such a pleasant experience, i almost fell asleep actually! no discomfort or stinging at all!!

I had the best lash experience with Marianna. She was friendly and made me feel comfortable from the get go. She assessed my eye shape and lash length, and asked me what type of lift I wanted. To make sure we were both on the same page, she showed me a photo reference of someone who had a similar lash length to me before starting. She suggested using a Botox treatment to make my lashes appear thicker (who wouldn’t want that?!), and I happily agreed. Marianna worked with care and the results speak for themselves. I’m obsessed with my lashes!!

I found D’s contact from Google search back in 2020. Ever since my first visit, seeing her amazing work, I knew I would not have to look around to find someone anymore. I have followed her where ever she moved and I would not trust anyone else but D for my lash and eye brows. She is professional , highly skilled and an amazing person and she knows her work very well. She takes time to understand my eyes and brows shape and would refill /tint accordingly. Men, if you’re in Melbourne’s north and need your eyebrows done, go see Dee. She made me feel welcome from the moment I walked in and really listened to what I wanted. I had some previous eyebrow work that wasn’t great, but she improved them and took her time to perfect every detail. Her attention to detail is 10/10. Highly recommend to any bloke looking for clean, natural-looking brows. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I’ve been to a lot of lash places over the years, but Volume House Brows and Lashes is hands down the best! The service is always so friendly and welcoming, the space is spotless, and the quality of her lashes is amazing every single time. My lashes always look incredible and last so well.
