I had Jessica as my nail tech. She has such attention to detail and has such a steady hand! I probably have the most beautiful french tip I've ever had! Sp precise. I also find all the ladies working there are so kind, chatty and make you feel so comfortable! I am recommending Glam and Glow to all my friends.

I had such a great experience at Jem 3-Arts. The team was really friendly, and even though they were running a bit behind, they offered me a complimentary hair treatment, which I really appreciated. The service was excellent — I felt so relaxed during my wash. Honestly, one of the best salon experiences I’ve had in Cape Town, and so affordable too. I’ll definitely be back!

I had a wonderful experience, everyone was so warm and welcoming. The hair wash and head massage were wonderful and I love my haircut! Shireen was amazing, listened to what I wanted and styled my hair beautifully. A true artist.

This time round I went for a colour wash and blow,Now I must tell you .Firstly I refused to look like a teenager nor an old lady. Experience was good, it was my first time at the salon, great service. I was uncertain about what I wanted and Jessica gave me clarity on what would be better for me. It’s not my first treatment but was my first experience where the stylist used a small brush to get to the root of the problem and sealed the deal🤩loved the fact that Jessica got into because my hair is fly aways and the treatment helps manage my hair. The Glam and Glow Team are The Modern day Power Puff Girls! The professionalism is one for the books. I had anxiety with change 🙃 for when the Stylist Jaimie goes on maternity leave but oh my goodness...The dynamite within Sherry is Amazing 👏 🤩 I love each time she does my hair. Lets not forget Kerri the Queen at the basin...super sweet and just gives a glorious head massager and super clean hair ready for the Stylist. Nicole and her team are on 🔥!!! Lovely little spot with friendly, fun staff. My daughter wanted to get her nails done and had a pretty difficult inspo pic, the nail tech did an amazing job and my daughter is super happy. Will definitely be back.
