Brilliant! Had a cut, blow dry, balayage and toner. Elise understood what I wanted and explained how the outcome could possibly look like considering I have a lot of black box dye build up. She managed to get some red browns running through my black and sorted out my roots. I booked last minute and she did exactly what I was after. Will definitely be back again.

Going to Zoe Louise is really the escape I need. I look forward to it, like I do when watching my children's dance comps or reading their school reports. Every 3 weeks without fails I get a nail pamper and have a lovely chat to Zoe and Sarah. Always friendly, reliable and a joy to be around. Never a bad set yet and ive been going YEARS. Would highly recommend to anyone wanting a little peace and tranquility

Always a real treat here, not only with the treatment but very relaxing atmosphere. Zoe is a true professional and friendly person that listens and advisors when needed. Friendly staff with a professional approach. Spa pedicure by Zoe felt amazing and my feet have not looked as good in a long time. I will definitely book further treatment in the New Year and continue having my hair cut by Sarah as it is now in better condition than when I first went for a cut and blow dry eighteen months ago. Thank you both for all your great advice and care.
