I had such an amazing experience with Donnie and Maddy! My hair is very thick and quite sensitive, so I’m always a little nervous, but they were both incredibly gentle and attentive throughout the entire process. Donnie did a fantastic job with my highlights — the color is absolutely gorgeous and exactly what I hoped for. Maddy was wonderful with the blow dry, making sure to be extra gentle while still leaving my hair smooth and styled beautifully. I couldn’t be happier with the result and the care they showed. Highly recommend them both!

Everyone there was welcoming and friendly. I especially appreciated how Kujay patiently assisted me when I missed my way and kindly waited at the entrance to ensure I arrived safely. I also had a wonderful experience with Dara—she was respectful, professional, and consistently checked in to make sure I was comfortable. Excellent service as always. I travel from outside of Crawley to see Nicky.. I won't go or see anyone else for my beauty treatments. Nicky is always so obliging and accommodating even coming in on her day off to ensure I could have my treatments before going away.
