Great customer service on arrival, I was early so was offered a seat and a drink. Sarah appeared and introduced herself as this was my first visit. She really listened to what I wanted to achieve with my hair and made some good suggestions about the style I wanted. The finished result (cut and blow-dry) was exactly what I had wanted. Having recently moved into Chesterfield I feel relived that I have found my new hairdresser.

Yolande is AMAZING!!! I've tried several places in the area since moving to Chesterfield but I've finally found the right one. Hair, nails, massage, waxing - it's all brilliant. Definitely recommend to everyone. Super friendly and comfortable and great services, extremely good value.

Had my hair cut and styled today by Becca. She made me feel so comfortable as I normally have anxiety going to appointments but I had such a great experience. She made sure I was happy with my hair the whole way through the appointment and I couldn’t be happier with it. The salon had a brilliant atmosphere as well. Thank you so much and will definitely be coming back.

Sarah did a lovely job of my hair - understood my challenging hair (very fine and wavy), and cut and styled it expertly. Though the salon was busy, I felt well looked after, and had a nice chat.

It was such a lovely experience having my hair cut and styled by Lauren! I usually find the hair washing bit stressful sensory wise, this was the first time I’d ever relaxed in the chair and got sleepy! The general vibe of the salon was really fun and I left feeling really happy. Def neurodivergent friendly and just really fun and happy♥️

First time visiting for a hair cut n blow. I was impressed with the modern airy interior and smart attire of staff. My stylist was Dan and he was fab. He was very thorough, professional but friendly and welcoming. He advised me how to make the most of my hair and how to dry it properly and care for it. It was a good experience and I loved the cut and how he dried and styled it. I would highly recommend him and I will definitely return.

As always, I received exceptional service from the lovely Sara who is always happy to hear my news while she considers what I'm looking for, on this occasion, Sara styled my hair as a practice ready for my wedding day in 2 weeks and I couldn't have been happier, not only with the care she took on considering my requirements, but with the amazing result. I'm so happy that Sara will be with me on my special day, looking after myself, my daughter, my aunt and my sister in law (to be ;)) xx
